A light guide key plate and a light emitting keypad comprising the key plate are provided to use a light guide material having a light guide function, therefore slimness of the keypad is more improved while the cost required for manufacturing/assembling a separate light guide plate is solved. A light guide material(10) surface-emits light incident on a side. Plural keys(11) are formed on the light guide material(10), and are capable of emitting the light. Coloring layers(13) are formed on the light guide material(10) except in areas of the keys(11), so that the keys(11) are displayed in flat plate type. |
