MAGNETIC TONER COMPOSITION HAVING SUPERIOR LONG TERM STABILITY

A magnetic toner composition is provided to prevent damage to a surface of latent image carrier and a development sleeve, extend the life of the latent image carrier by inhibiting a filming phenomenon on the latent image carrier, and maintain high image density and high resolution. A magnetic toner composition comprises (a) magnetic toner mother particles, (b) a gamma-aluminum oxide power, (c) an inorganic material powder having an average particle size of 0.5-2.0mum, and (d) a hydrophobic silica having a specific surface area of 100-240m^2/g. The magnetic toner mother particles include a binder resin and a magnetic substance. The magnetic substance within the magnetic toner mother particles is contained in an amount of 25-80wt%.
