An acoustic absorbent of a vehicle and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce the number of processes by using the acoustic absorbent formed with an exact dimension for each type and installation portion of the vehicle. An acoustic absorbent of a vehicle includes an acoustic absorbent(10), through holes(12), and grooves(14). The acoustic absorbent has a predetermined outline. The through holes are formed in a shape of various types. The through holes are installed on the acoustic absorbent for fixing a door frame, a coupling screw of a door trim, and various devices which are installed inside of a door. The grooves are formed on the outer circumference of the acoustic absorbent for fixing the door frame or the door trim. A textile of the acoustic absorbent is cut and pieced with matching with a vehicle type and an installation portion.
