An adhesive sheet using polyurethane for interior parts of a vehicle and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to be environment-friendly by excluding harmful matter in comparison with a soft gel type sheet including PVC(Polyvinyl Chloride) or a plasticizer and to prevent an object from slipping due to the adhesive property of the polyurethane. An adhesive sheet(100) using polyurethane for interior parts of a vehicle is composed of a body member(10) made of the mixed material of the polyurethane prepolymer/polyol mixture and an additive, wherein the body member has elasticity and contains adhesive components and a protruded figure member(20) protruded from one surface of the body member, formed in the shape of a continuous figure, and made of the mixed material of the polyurethane prepolymer/polyol mixture and an additive. An object put on the protruded figure member is not separated from the protruded figure member due to the adhesive components and easily attached or detached.
