A drop test measurement device is provided to measure actual grounding data, and to improve total measurement accuracy by performing a drop test for checking an accurate grounding state. A drop test measurement device comprises a main frame(10), a slide plate(30), a piezoelectric sensing plate(50), an shock accelerometer and a CCD camera(65). The main frame includes two parallel upward extension slide rods, two buffer elastic members, an upper plate, an upward vertical extension column, a positioning unit(20) and a proximity sensor(25). The slide plate includes a rear plate extended to two slide rods in both sides. The piezoelectric sensing plate is installed in a bottom plate of the main frame, and installed with a plurality of CCD cameras. The impact acceleration meter is attached to a test position of a test object, and connected to a signal capturing card of the accelerometer of a computer. The CCD camera is connected to the signal capturing card of the acceleration meter of the computer, and the CCD cameras are mounted in the piezoelectric sensing plate.
