DISPLAY APPARATUS AND TESTING APPARATUS OF THE SAME

A display device and a testing apparatus of the same are provided to prevent a driving voltage drop by interrupting a reverse current caused by an external driving voltage in a test process, using a diode. A display device includes a display panel, gate and data drivers, and a DC/DC converter(254). The display panel displays images by driving gate and data lines. The gate driver sequentially supplies a gate signal to the gate lines. The data driver supplies an image data signal to the data lines. The DC/DC converter, whose output terminal is connected to a diode(D) for preventing a reverse current, generates gate and data driving voltages and outputs the generated gate and data driving voltages to the gate and data drivers. The diode is formed in a gate-on voltage output stage.
