The device has a condenser to condense steam of heating liquid e.g. kerosene and humidity extracted to a component. A storage tank (7) for the heating liquid stays in flow connection with a vacuum chamber (1), where the tank (7) is provided at a height of the chamber (1). A pump mechanism (8) for the heating liquid is provided between the chamber and the tank, where an inlet of the mechanism is provided underneath the chamber (1).
