Provided is a power-free fuel supply device which is improved in output performance compared with an already-known fuel supply device having a pump (motor). The power-free fuel supply device(10) comprises a fuel container(12) which stores fuel and is provided with an outlet for discharging the fuel; a buffer(16) which is provided with an inlet and an outlet, and stores a certain amount of the fuel; a heater(17) which heats the buffer; a transfer pipe(13) which is combined between the outlet of the fuel container and the inlet of the buffer; and a capillary tube(18) which is combined with the outlet of the buffer.
