A tumble lock device of a rear folding seat in a vehicle is provided to improve the safety of a tumble fixation state by preventing the rear folding seat from releasing from the tumble fixation state if there is no control of a lever by a user. A tumble lock device of a rear folding seat in a vehicle comprises a guide bracket(30) installed at a lower surface of a cushion frame(1). A strut(20) is placed inside a cushion mounting bracket(2). A hook plate(50) and a rotational plate(60) are rotatably installed at one inner side of a vertical wall of the guide bracket(30). A tumble lock plate(90) and a release lever(100) are installed at one outer side of the vertical wall of the guide bracket(30). A return spring(120) rotates the rotational plate(60) in an opposite direction to an operational direction by the release lever(100). |
