An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) is provided to combine a shield cover with upper and lower covers by arranging a hooking member to a shield cover for covering a circuit substrate, thereby enhancing the assembly property. A circuit substrate(300) drives an LCD panel(100). A shield cover(400) includes a cover plate for covering the circuit substrate. A cover extension member is curved and extended from a side of the cover plate. The first hooking member and the first receiving member are formed at the cover extension member. The second hooking member and the second receiving member are formed at the other side of the cover plate. A lower cover(500) includes a lower cover body for seating the circuit substrate. The second hooking member and the second receiving member are also formed at the lower cover body. The upper cover supports the outside surface of the LCD panel. The upper cover includes another first hooking member and first receiving member.
