A sleeve extends around the angled connection piece and contains an inlet for connecting to a protective tube extending around the pipe and an outlet extending at right angles to this inlet. The outlet extends along with the connection piece through the opening in the wall and ends at a flange whose inner radial periphery is in tight contact around the back side of this piece, whilst the outer radial periphery protrudes beyond the opening in the radial direction on the front side of the wall. A washer on the connection piece and a fastener acting between the wall and washer are used to clamp the flange tightly against the front side of the wall. The lead-through is an angled one used to take a pipe located behind a wall to an outlet point in front of the wall. The connection piece has an inlet for locating on the back side of the wall and an outlet extending at right angles to the inlet so that it extends through the opening. The connection piece outlet is threaded so that a sanitary fitting can be screwed onto it.
