Provided are a nanoparticle resin composition, a film prepared from the composition which has a high stiffness and a high productivity and is applied to a shopping bag or a waste bag, and a method for preparing a tube type film by using the composition. A nanoparticle resin composition comprises 5-50 wt% of an inorganic nanoparticle having an average diameter of 1-300 nm; 100-10,000 ppm of a saturated or unsaturated bicyclic dicarboxylate salt; and the balance of a polyolefin-based resin. Also the nanoparticle resin composition comprises 5-50 wt% of an inorganic nanoparticle having an average diameter of 1-300 nm; 0.1-10 wt% of an ethylene-carboxylic acid copolymer or a carboxylic acid copolymer neutralized with an ethylene-carboxylic acid-metal ion; 100-10,000 ppm of a saturated or unsaturated bicyclic dicarboxylate salt; and the balance of a polyolefin-based resin.
