A method for preparing loess mortar emitting far infrared rays is provided to solve cracking problems of the existing technique by using lacquer extract and rice straw fermented extract in the loess kneading. A method includes the steps of mixing, based on 100 weight parts of loess material, 10 to 20 weight parts of soil cement, 5 to 15 weight parts of stone powder, 5 to 15 weight parts of non-agricultural medicine rice straw produced in that year, and 2 to 10 wt% of lacquer extract and 2 to 10 wt% of rice straw fermented extract. The loess mortar emitting far infrared rays is prepared by mixing and kneading, based on 100 weight parts of loess material, 10 to 20 weight parts of soil cement, 5 to 15 weight parts of stone powder, 5 to 15 weight parts of non-agricultural medicine rice straw produced in that year, and 2 to 10 wt% of lacquer extract and 2 to 10 wt% of rice straw fermented extract; and drying the product.
