The card limits the need for foreign or local metallic currency, and can be utilized by the carrier without requiring the carrier to have a bank account in his/her country of residence or other visiting country. The card can only be delivered after the payment of the loaded amount, and card and distribution charges. The unique number of the card permits to identify the buyer of the card, and to stop payment in case of theft or loss of the card, while allowing the reimbursement or replacement of the card.
