A drainage structure for a tunnel or an underground roadway with improved constructability is provided to cut down on installation expenses by excluding the use of a ÝÀ-shaped gutter at construction and to increase constructability by installing a manhole on the appointed site in due consideration of drainage capacity. The drainage structure for a tunnel or an underground roadway with improved constructability, for draining off water flew in an underground roadway when it rains or snows, includes many manholes(210,220) constructed on a pavement(300) of the edge of an underground roadway(A) at regular intervals, connected with an external drainpipe connected to the outside of the underground roadway and provided with an end projection to insert a manhole cover, many drain pipes(230) buried under the edge of the pavement to connect a manhole with another manhole, and manhole covers(240) installed to cover the manholes.
