An exhaust hood capable of controlling a position of an inlet part is provided to control an intake part to be positioned horizontally or slantly for maximizing polluted air collection or improving user's movement without collision against the intake part, thereby improving the convenience of users. An exhaust hood capable of controlling a position of an inlet part includes an exhaust part(110) having an exhaust fan inside and fixed to be connected to the outside. An intake part(120) has an inlet and a filter element at a lower part for inhaling air, and connected to a lower part of the exhaust part, wherein the intake part is disposed horizontally or inclined by relative motion with respect to the exhaust part. A top plate(141) is integrally fixed to the lower part of the exhaust part, and side parts(151) are extended from both sides of the top plate for guiding the motion of the intake part. The intake part has first guides at side rear parts and first guide grooves(129) side front parts, and the side plates have second guides at upper front parts and second guide grooves(159) at rear sides, wherein either the first or second guides are coupled with rollers(158) freely rotatably.
