A mobile terminal and a method for processing a call are provided to improve the convenience of a user by displaying information on a processed call to a user when a supplementary service is terminated. When a supplementary service is being performed, a controller(130) continues the supplementary service according to a pre-set reception mode and automatically processes a response of a recipient with respect to a received call. When the supplementary service is terminated, a display unit(150) displays information on the processed call to a user.
