A seawater power generating system for obtaining a continuous power generation using a drive unit is provided to generate a seawater power having infinite energy efficiently by simply combining a planetary gear part with a one directional clutch without an expensive mechanism. A seawater power generating system for obtaining a continuous power generation includes a drive unit, first and second drive shafts(1,1'), and first and second support bearings(F). The first and second drive shafts are installed at left and right sides of the drive unit. The first and second support bearings are installed at respective ends of the first and second drive shafts for easily rotating the first and second drive shafts. A first impeller(2) is attached to the first drive shaft, and a second impeller(2') is attached to the second drive shaft. A forward direction clutch and a reverse direction clutch are fixed to the first drive shaft. A ring gear is fixed to an outer wheel of the forward direction clutch.
