A data broadcasting information storage method of a mobile communication terminal and a device are provided to enable the terminal equipped with a USIM(Universal Subscriber Identity Module) card to store received data broadcasting information in a digital mobile broadcasting mode, thereby using the data broadcasting information regardless of whether the terminal is exchanged. It is checked whether data broadcasting information is stored in a memory unit of a mobile communication terminal and a subscriber identity module(S301-S307). If so, generation time of the data broadcasting information of the memory unit and the subscriber identity module is checked and compared(S309). If the generation time of the data broadcasting information of the subscriber identity module is after the generation time of the data broadcasting information of the memory unit, the data broadcasting information of the memory unit is replaced with the data broadcasting information of the subscriber identity module(S311).
