An electrically lifting desk is provided to use an area of an upper plate occupied by an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) monitor, for various works and to prevent overload from being applied to a driving motor by operating a lifting device over upper and lower dead points by installing a proximity sensor at the lifting device. An electrically lifting desk is composed of an upper plate(110), side plates(120), a lower plate on which an LCD monitor(1) is placed, and a body receiving unit, a keyboard receiving unit, and a mouse receiving unit(106) installed at the lower side of the upper plate. The upper plate has a monitor drawing part through which the LCD monitor is inserted or drawn out. The side plates support the upper plate in the predetermined height. A lifting plate(210) on which the LCD monitor is placed vertically moves up and down to insert or draw out the LCD monitor through the monitor drawing part. A screw jack(220) is installed at the lower part of the lifting plate to move up and down the lifting plate.
