<p>The inventive roof rack system for a motor vehicle, in particular for passengercars comprises at least one roof support provided with a fastening device forfixing to the roof of the vehicle, wherein said fastening device comprises atleast one fastening bolt penetrating into at least one roof opening. Said inventionis characterised in that said fastening bolt (7) is associated with a seal joint(34) which extends therearound, is pressed to the roof (3) and encompasses theroof opening when the roof rack is mounted.</p> |
