A device and method for connecting a precast deck slab and a beam of bridge is provided to connect a precast deck slab and a beam in a stable, rapid and firm manner. A device for connecting a precast deck slab and a beam of a bridge comprises a device body(10) embedded in concrete and having a hollow portion along a central axis in a lengthwise direction; a plurality of support members(20), each of which has a member body formed integrally with an outer surface of the body, integrally embedded in the precast deck slab together with the body, and a forked terminal end formed integrally with an end of the member body and embedded in the concrete; a bolt(30) having a bolt body inserted into the hollow portion of the device body and the communicating hole of a corresponding fixing hole of the beam, and a head formed integrally at an upper end of the bolt body; and a nut(40) releasably screwed to the bolt body of the bolt.
