A roaster is provided to obtain a larger amount of foods within a limited time and improve a fuel supply and combustion process, equipment maintenance, energy consumption, and safety problems. A roaster includes a single wall body(11), a roaster ceramic vessel(13), a fuel container(62), and a fuel container cover(61). The single wall body constitutes an outer part to store heat. The roaster ceramic vessel is disposed on a main body of the roaster. The fuel container is installed on an upper part of the ceramic vessel. The fuel container cover is installed on the fuel container to cover the fuel container. An interface between the fuel container cover and the fuel container maintains an adhesion state to prevent introduction of the external air. A combustion frame(50) contacts with a lower part of the fuel container. A gourd-shaped base(40) is installed in the combustion frame to form a knob(42) at an upper part of the base. |
