A heat exchanger is provided to mount a discharging unit for condensed water in a space among a lower header tank, tubes and fins for discharging the condensed water to the outside by introducing the condensed water into a path thereof by surface tension acting between a surface of the path and the condensed water. A heat exchanger includes a discharging unit(700) for discharging condensed water staying in a space(400) formed by a lower header tank(200), tubes(600) and fins(300), which has an end positioned in the space and the other end positioned facing the outside of the lower header tank, wherein a path is formed between the both ends for discharging the condensed water to the outside.
