A multi-stage sliding hanger door is provided to have excellent balance, stability and durability by placing and supporting a pair of door panels on an upper structure having rails. The multi-stage sliding hanger door comprises a frame composed of a lower body having lower rails, an upper body and two column bodies connecting and supporting the lower body and the upper body, many door panels(P1~PN) installed on the frame in multistage and attached with lower rollers(W1) to move along the lower rails, an upper structure placed on the upper body of the frame and provided with horizontal members(32A,32B) having upper rails(33A,33B) projected to two sides of a central support member(31), many rollers(W2) mounted on the upper part of the door panel and placed on the upper rails, and interlocking devices installed on the contact surface of the door panels to interlock the door panels.
