摘要 A preparation method of fermented propolis is provided to improve unpleasant feeling of eating due to resin components, and allow children to eat the fermented propolis by removing remaining ethanol used in an extraction process and degrading high molecular weight substances into low molecular weight substances by microorganism fermentation. The preparation method of fermented propolis comprises the steps of: (a) extracting propolis with solvent containing ethanol; (b) cooling the extract of propolis to precipitate bees wax and removing the precipitated bees wax; (c) adding water-insoluble cellulose as an excipient to the propolis extract and concentrating them under vacuum condition so as to remove solvent and obtain powdered propolis extract; and (d) adding the powdered propolis extract into water and fermenting the solution with a microorganism selected from yeast, Bacillus, lactic acid bacterium, acetic acid bacterium and fungus.
