A system and a method for operating an account related to a payment account of a check card, and a server and a program recording medium thereof are provided to prevent the check card from being unavailable due to shortage of balance by linking the check card with the related security company or bank card. A check card payment account management server(100) includes a check card payment account manager(110), a balance checker(115) checking the balance of the payment account, and a transmitter(125). The transmitter transmits a deposit request message to a related account management server(135) if the checked balance is short. The related account management server includes a related account manager(155), a message receiver(145), a message checker(160), and an account transfer processor(140). The message checker checks payment card information, related account information, and requested amount information by reading the message. The account transfer processor transfers an amount withdrawn from the related account to the payment account. |
