A method for treating waste water is provided to remove pollutants contained in the waste water, by injecting plasma consisting of respective types of anionic ions, electrons, cationic ions, radicals into the waste water. Sewage or waste water is purified by performing a high-density plasma reaction process. The high-density plasma reaction process is performed by injecting plasma into the sewage or the waste water to oxidize and decompose organic matters and heavy metal complex ions dissolved in the sewage or the waste water. The plasma consists of respective types of anionic ions, electrons, cationic ions, radicals. The plasma is generated by inputting air into a high-density plasma generator(5). |
