A system and a method for enabling a buyer to directly perform payment with a credit card are provided to process a payment request by enabling the buyer to directly request a credit card payment anytime/anywhere through linking a plurality of credit card companies supplying various connection methods. A reception processor(15) receives payment request information for requesting the credit card payment for an article transaction from a buyer terminal. A payment processor(13) processes the credit card payment by linking with a payment-related server based on payment request information. A payment result informer(14) receives a payment result from the payment-related server and informs a seller terminal of the payment result. The payment request information includes seller information including a mobile number of the seller terminal and payment information of the buyer. The payment information includes a number, a password, and an expiration term of the credit card, and a payment amount. |
