A method and a device for providing a personal community service having a mini shop function are provided to remove a difficult of operating a shopping mall by easily registering goods to a mini shop of a user and an integrated shopping mall, and processing sales, payment, and delivery of the goods in an ISP(Internet Service Provider) server or an integrated shopping mall server. A homepage generator(100) generates a personal community homepage. A mini shop opener(121) generates a mini shop category by opening the mini shop. An access controller(110) determines user authority to access a homepage operator mode or a mini shop operator mode for the personal community homepage. A goods register(122) registers the goods in the mini shop category. A goods display part(123) displays the registered goods to the mini shop. A sale manager(124) manages registration information of the displayed goods, and order and sales information of the sold goods. A registration manager(125) calculates and receives a registration fee for the registered goods by linking with the goods register. |
