A test voltage generator and a test system of an LCD device are provided to supply high voltage for a high voltage stress test and to easily perform a test by allowing light emitting elements in the test voltage generator to emit light. A test voltage generator of an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) device includes a test data drive voltage generator(710), test gate-on and test gate-off voltage generators(720,730), and voltage inspecting units(740_1,740_2,740_3). The test data drive voltage generator generates a test data drive voltage(TAVDD) which is divided into test grayness voltages of different levels. The test gate-on and test gate-off voltage generators generate test gate-on and test gate-off voltages(TVon,TVoff) which are supplied to gate lines of a tested LCD device, respectively. The voltage inspecting units inspect the levels of the test data drive voltage, and the test gate-on and test gate-off voltages, and emit lights using light emitting elements when the voltage levels are predetermined levels.
