摘要 A method of manufacturing an aluminum alloy wire, which excludes beryllium that is an environmentally restricted material added to an aluminum alloy to increase strength of the aluminum alloy, and can increase electrical conductivity and heat resistance of the aluminum alloy wire at the same time by performing a simple process, an aluminum alloy wire manufactured by the method, and an overhead transmission line having the aluminum alloy wire are provided. In a method of manufacturing an Al-Zr-Fe-Si based aluminum alloy wire, a method of manufacturing an aluminum alloy wire having high electrical conductivity and high heat resistance comprises: a casting step(S100) of injecting a raw material in a molten alloy state, and initiating rolling and extrusion of the raw material to form a cast aluminum alloy wire, the raw material comprising 0.2 to 0.4 wt.% of Zr, 0.05 to 0.2 wt.% of Fe and 0.05 to 0.2 wt.% of Si as additive components, and Al as a principal component, the sum of Fe and Si being not exceeding 0.3 wt.%; a hot working step(S200) of primarily reducing the cross-section of the cast aluminum alloy wire in a temperature range in which phase change and grain growth of the cast aluminum alloy wire are inhibited to process the cast aluminum alloy wire into a first aluminum alloy wire; a cold working step(S300) of secondly reducing the cross-sectional reduction rate of the first aluminum alloy wire in a temperature range capable of forming a precipitation nucleus of an aluminum alloy to process the first aluminum alloy wire into a second aluminum alloy wire; and a two-step aging step(S400) of first heat-treating the second aluminum alloy wire at a temperature of 250 to 350 deg.C for 15 to 30 hours, and secondly heat-treating the first heat-treated second aluminum alloy wire at a temperature of 300 to 450 deg.C for 50 to 80 hours.
