METHOD AND MACHINE-READABLE MEDIA FOR INFERRING RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN TEST RESULTS

A method for inferring relationship between test results and a plurality of machine-readable media are provided to offer a simple mode for inferring the relationship between the test results included in sequential test data. The sequential test data is received from a tester testing the plurality of DUTs(Device Under Test)(102). The sequential test data includes the plurality of DUT IDs and the test results related to the identified DUT(104). The DUT is continued after a part of the DUT IDs. If one of the DUT IDs is received, it is discriminated whether a data structure for the DUT identified by the DUT ID is found. If the data structure is not found, the data structure is generated and associated with the test result related to the received DUT ID(106). If the data structure is found, a child data structure is generated in the data structure, and the test result is associated with the child data structure(108). The child data structure resents that the associated test result is a retest result through inference.
