The present invention relates to a "no risk" gaming system and method which provides prize incentives to players without risk of losing their financial stake whi le taking part in the actual game play. In the present invention, players open an account with a gaming establishment with deposit monies, who then collectively invests the proceed s provided by the accounts of each of the players so as to obtain investment profits. T he gaming establishment can then award cash prize incentives to any winning players in the various forms of game play offered at the gaming establishment, the prize incentives being derived solely from the investment profits obtained. Players, when they wish to leave the gaming establishment and close their account therewith, have returned to the m a significant portion of their initial account opening monies, minus a small transaction fee.
