A machine for cooling and heating water is provided to impart a water cooling function and a water heating function to a water purifier, by supplying water purified by the water purifier to a cold water storing bath or a warm water storing bath, and cooling or heating the water. A purifier receiving part, to which a filter-typed purifier is detachably installed, is disposed within a device body(100). A purifier fixing part is formed within the device body to fix the purifier. A purifier joining part has one end connected to a cold water storing part(20) and a warm water storing part and the other end detachably joined to the purifier. A purifier attaching and detaching panel(60) is formed on a portion of the device body oppositely to the purifier receiving part.
