Subject of the invention are vibratory and vibratory-rotating mixers for column devices intended for carrying out processes and reactions in liquid-solid systemsIn column devices mixers achieve reverse periodical or simultaneous reverse periodical rotary motions. As to the constructive characteristics those belong to the classes of mixers with perforated disks and spiral perforated blades. Invention includes variants of constructive solutions of the mentioned classes of mixers and are defined characterisctics of mechanical motion that the mixers achieve, at mixing the two-phase systems in devices. Building-in these mixers into cylindrical column devices, along the working height, a continual free space, wherethrough is achieved a directed motion of solid particles. Perforations on the surfaces of disks (1, 5 and 13), of spiral blades (11), flat plate shaped plates and plate shaped gate valves (6 and 16), and free surfaces of passage openings (4), on disks, make for additional parts of the space, which allows for flowing the liquid. Operating of the mixers provides for efficient and intensive transmission of mechanical energy to two-phase liquid-solid systems. In devices with inbuilt mixers, the processes or reactions may be accomplished in the following ways: continual, semi-continual and batchlike. Mixers and corresponding column devices are applicable in the fields of chemistry, biochemistry and nutritional technology and hydrometallurgy.
