DEVICES FOR DELAYING PAYMENT ADMISSION OF CHECK CARD AND RECORDING MEDIUM

A device for relaying a check card payment approval and a program recording medium for the same are provided to increase usability of a check card and a security account by linking the check card with the security account of a security company without installing a system for operating the security account as a payment account of the check card in the security company. A message receiver(105) receives a debit payment approval request message from a check card management server(135). A message reader(120) reads a security code by reading the received message. An information checker(110) checks the security company server corresponding to the read security company code. A message transmitter(115) transmits the message to the checked security company. An information storing part(125) stores/manages the security code information by linking with security company server connection information. The message receiver receives a response message corresponding to the debit payment approval request from the security company server. The message transmitter transmits the received response message to the check card management server.
