MOBILE COMMUNICATION SYSTEM, RADIO BASE STATION, MOBILE STATION, AND MOBILE COMMUNICATION METHOD

A mobile communication system, a Node B, a UE(User Equipment), and a mobile communication method are provided to specify the Tx frame timing of an E-AGCH(Enhanced-DCH(Dedicated CHannel) Absolute Grant CHannel) and to effectively utilize the Tx power resources allocated to HS(High Speed) channels. A Tx power resource allocation part in a Node B allocates proper Tx power resources to the other channels except an HS-SCCH(High Speed Shared Control CHannel), an HS-PDSCH(High Speed Physical Downlink Shared CHannel), and an E-AGCH(S101). The Tx power resource allocation part calculates the Tx power required for the HS-SCCH and the E-AGCH, and allocates Tx power resources by a sub frame unit(S102). The Tx power resource allocation part allocates the remaining Tx power resources, among the total Tx power resources of the Node B, to the HS-PDSCH by the sub frame unit(S103).
