A display device, a manufacturing method thereof, and an electronic device including the same are provided to protect a display panel from external impact by providing a high-strength polarization plate including an impact absorbing sheet outside a display panel or a protection window including an impact absorbing sheet and a polarization plate on an upper surface of the display panel. A display panel(400) includes a lower substrate(410) including a thin film transistor and a pixel electrode, an upper substrate including a common electrode, and a liquid crystal provided between an upper surface of the lower substrate and a lower surface of the upper substrate. An upper polarization plate(200) is provided on an upper surface of the upper substrate of the display panel. A lower polarization plate(500) is provided on a lower surface of the lower substrate of the display panel. An impact absorbing sheet(300) is provided between at least the upper portion of the upper substrate and the upper polarization plate. A protection window(100) is provided on the upper polarization plate.
