ENDOSCOPIC SURGICAL INSTRUMENT WITH A HANDLE THAT CAN ARTICULATE WITH RESPECT TO THE SHAFT

An endoscopic surgical instrument is provided to enhance user convenience by using a handle which is articulated with respect to a shaft. An operation stapling and cutting apparatus(10) includes a handle(6), a closed tube assembly(1000), and an end effector(12). The end effector is connected to the closed tube assembly. The handle includes a firing trigger(20) and a closing trigger(18) which drive the end effector. The end effector includes a staple channel(22) and an anvil(24), which is pivot-moved with respect to the staple channel. The closing trigger is pulled toward a pistol grasping unit(26), so that the anvil is clamped and closed. The firing trigger is arranged outside the closing trigger. The firing trigger is pivot-pulled, so that an organ is stapled and cut by the end effector.
