FILTER FOR FILTERING NANO GRAGE FLUID AND THE MANUFACTURING METHOD

A filter for filtering nano-sized fluid elements and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to simplify the process for manufacturing the filter, by closely condensing a plurality of nano-sized spherical bodies in a self-alignment type within a microchannel of the filter. A filter comprises a microboard(2) and a spherical body assembly(4). The microboard has a tunnel type channel(2a) through which fluid passes. A plurality of nano-sized spherical bodies(3) are disposed within the channel of the spherical body assembly such that the nano-sized spherical bodies are closely contacted with one another to form nano-sized pores among the nano-sized spherical bodies. The nano-sized spherical bodies have the same diameter, wherein the diameter is selectively controlled.
