<p>Methods of treating, preventing, and managing airway inflammation and other airway or pulmonary diseases and disorders are disclosed. Specific methods comprise the administration of a PDE4 modulator, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, solvate, stereoisomer, or prodrug thereof, alone or in combination with a second active agent and/or other conventional therapies. Pharmaceutical compositions, single unit dosage forms, and kits suitable for use in methods of the invention are also disclosed.</p> |
