DC OFFSET CORRECTION DEVICE AND METHOD

A device and a method for correcting a DC offset are provided to correctly perform the correction of the DC offset by using only a vector value of a DC offset component and cancelling the vector of non-modulation signals. A method for correcting a DC offset in a wireless communication device to perform quadrature modulation by a direct RF modulation method includes the steps of: sequentially changing a phase of a non-modulation signal and transmitting the non-modulation signal; integrating a feedback signal of the non-modulation signal of which the phase is changed; and correcting the DC offset by an integral value of the integrated feed back signal.
