Relates to a device, e.g. for use in photogrammetrical instruments, for resolving the spatial movement of an input guide rod 1 into rotary movements of two independent output shafts 6, 13 about respective axes BB, CC intersecting at a point D on the axis (AA) of the input guide rod 1. The input rod 1 is guided in one part 3 of a cross, the other part 4 of the cross being pivoted to a fork 5 secured to the shaft 6, and two roller bearings 10a on the cross part 3, coaxial with the rod 1, run on the rim of a cupshaped member 11 secured to the shaft 13, the rim being in a plane parallel to the part 3 of the cross and at a distance from the axis AA of the rod 1 equal to half the outer diameter of a roller bearing 10a. Shafts 6, 13 carry output levers 9, 16 respectively. The outer rings of the roller bearings 10a, and the rim of the cup-shaped member 11, may be frusto-conical. A spring- loaded yoke (17) (Fig. 2, not shown) urges the part 3 of the cross towards the member 11, and the latter may be supported by a second bearing (shown dotted, Fig. 3). Two such devices are used in an instrument for photogrammetrical evaluation of two stereometrically correlated aerial survey photographs, the rods 1 forming the model space guide rods for the respective photographic plates, and the levers 9, 16 causing displacement of the respective plates in two directions at right angles. |
