<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor devised in the arrangement of a bearing, and reduced in size by shortening the length in the axial length direction. <P>SOLUTION: The motor 1 comprises a stator 2 fixed to the internal peripheral wall of a housing 9, a rotating shaft 7 rotatably supported to the housing 9 via the bearings 5, 6, and a rotor 4 fixed to the rotating shaft 7. The rotor 4 comprises a disk 4b concentric with the rotating shaft 7, and a cylinder 4a extending to the rotating shaft 7 in parallel therewith from the peripheral edge of the disk 4b, and the shape of the rotor 4 is cylindrical with its one end closed by the disk 4b. The length of the motor 1 in the axial length direction can be shortened by arranging a part of the bearing 5 and a rotation detection means 8 inside the cylinder 4a of the rotor 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
