<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve feeding accuracy by improving a torque limiter used for a one-way intermittent feed unit to suppress the backlash. <P>SOLUTION: In this torque transmission member, pockets 24 with a wedge angleθare formed in the outer diameter surface of an inner member 21, rollers 27 stored in the pockets 24 are biased in the direction of the wedge angleθby biasing springs 28, and an outer member 22 is fitted to the inner member 21 rotatably relative to each other. The pockets 24 are so disposed eccentrically in the circumferential direction that all the rollers 27 stored in the pockets 24 are unevenly distributed within the range of the half-round or less of the inner member 21. A radial bearing 29 for the outer member is formed in a circumferentially intermediate portion in an area other than the area in which the pockets 24 are formed.
