<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vessel inspection device capable of accurately inspecting the internal pressure of the vessel even when the conveyed vessel vibrates or is tilted. <P>SOLUTION: The device includes a first distance detector 10a, second distance detector 10b and third distance detector 10c installed so that distance detection points SP1, SP2 and SP3 are arranged in a conveyance passage 200 in the direction crossing the conveying direction A of a can 100, a detection distance acquiring means 24 (S1-S5) for acquiring a distance value H1 to the center section of a bottom face 101 of the can 100 detected by the first distance detector 10a, and simultaneously distance values H2 and H3 to two peripheries of the bottom face 101 detected by the second distance detector 10b and third distance detector 10c when the can 100 is conveyed, and an arithmetic means 24 (S6 and S7) for performing calculation using an inspection value PDth according to difference between the distance value H1 and each of the distance values H2 and H3 as information indicating the internal pressure of the can 100. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
