PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To browse a Web page constituted of a markup document file in a large file size like a Web page for PCs and link files thereof using an external display means with a large screen and high resolution, without exerting adverse influence upon communication stability of a mobile communication system, in an information communication system connecting an external device comprising the external display means to a mobile information communication apparatus that is a mobile communication terminal. SOLUTION: In addition to a radio communication means which is provided in a mobile information communication apparatus and exchanges radio signals with a mobile network connected with an ISP system, a second communication means is provided for exchanging information with the same ISP system or a different ISP system via a fixed access network.
