PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmitter and a data transmitting/receiving system for easily transmitting data. SOLUTION: A transmitter includes: a transmission means for transmitting data; a storage means for storing the data; a detection meas for detecting the inclination of the transmitter; and a control means for controlling so as to transmit the data stored in the storage means from the transmitting means when the detection means detects that the transmitter is declined by the prescribed angle or more.
