PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain the projecting end of a reinforced fiber from being exposed to the external end face of a shutter blade without requiring a finishing stage. SOLUTION: A light shielding blade 11 is obtained by punching laminated plate material 130 having: two surface material layers 110a made of carbon fiber reinforced resin; a middle layer 110b made of carbon fiber reinforced resin; and thermoplastic polyester film 120 in the shape of a blade. The carbon fibers CF of the surface material layer 110a are arranged in the same direction as the longitudinal direction (x) of the blade, and the carbon fibers CF of the middle layer 110b are arranged in a direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction (x) of the blade. When stamping the light shielding blade 11 by adopting hotpress, the polyester film 120 is softened by heat and made to flow. The end face of the external shape of the light shielding blade 11 is covered with the part made to flow so as to enclose the edge of the carbon fiber CF. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
